Thousands of runners and coaches approach running with the same or similar philosophies. They compare themselves or their runners to other runners.   Trying to "imitate and run like the top runners" is a very flawed approach to coaching.  Justification for this practice by coaches using "so called"  scientific evidence and several other current unjustified practices is not just questionable, it is archaic.

Each athlete's body is different.  And so is each athlete's complete physical and mental history.  Trying to emulate someone else successfully requires having their life's identity, history, and genetic makeup.  If every athlete is doing the same workout, the the biggest or lightest may always be the best because everyone improves at the same rate!

"IN PERSON"

   You'll visit a location where you'll discover how to begin your RunRite Transformation using The RunRite System to assess  your runner biomechanics.   The RunRite System will prescribe exactly which exercises you will do to improve your runner efficiency.  The RunRite Sensors will be placed on your legs and/or your arms to measure all aspects of your runner motion which impact your runner outcomes.

*As a participant, you may also attend additional live or recorded virtual sessions, if you require more support.   *In each virtual session, you will be able to ask questions and share feedback.
